A conversation is a 24-hour window with the same WhatsApp contact, identical to how Meta bills WhatsApp Business. Multiple messages with the same person in 24h count as one conversation.
Correct. Your plan price covers everything — there is no extra charge per message or per conversation on top of your subscription, unlike tools built on the official Meta API.
We notify you as you approach your monthly conversation limit and help you move up a plan. We won’t cut your service off mid-month or surprise you with overage charges.
